Directed by store to order again $145.05, received confirmation email. Order cancelled by DanMurphys.

Paid $167.05 in store and had to collect all items on my invoice myself. Store suggests I call customer support tomorrow for the $290.10 refund of goods not received.

I call customer service. They advise it is not their responsibility to advise customers or cancelled orders and that I 'should' get my $290.10 back, but that it was now my banks issue.

No compensation or admission of wrong doing given, no gesture of good will whist I am down $290.10 for an indefinite amount of time. No apology for the cancellations, overcharge, or lack of customer service (didn't offer to help pick a $167.05 order that should have been pickup).
