Coolangatta Clothing Alterations

My partner went to your establishment today to pick up 2 items that were suppose to fixed she was handed a bag with the clothes inside and as she had our infant with her she had taken them on good will thinking they were complete but unfortunatley she had ended up with the clothing unaltered with the zipper that she had provided stolen along with the money paid. No receipt was given and was strictly cash only. Im actually disgusted

Bought a pair of cotton curtains for $26 but they were 2 foot too long so took them here to have 2 foot cut off and run through the machine to hem. They kept them for 4 days and charged me $50 !! Would be a half hour job. Charging over $1.50 a minute !!! I work in one of the major resorts around the corner and have always suggested guests go here but will be telling them to avoid this place from now on. Disgraceful !
