Auto played up coming into Gold Coast for one night stay over

All fixed promptly avoiding more nights accomodation or hire car to get to Grafton

Initially our vehicle was fitted in to be looked at fairly promptly which was good. My wife had to phone several times before getting hold of someone and she was told that a part had to be sent to Sydney and it was usually a 3 day turnaround. Long story short - it was a 10 day turnaround which was obviously annoying, but the frustrating part was the non communication. Dozens of calls were made by both my wife and I, but very rarely if ever were they answered. If a message was left you would not hear back. Eventually the automatic repair was completed properly and $2000+ later we got the car back. Just a warning that this business is very busy and appear to take on more work than they can handle and customer service is a very low priority.

Corey and team, were extremely busy. They still asked me to bring my car down and let them get a diagnose of the problem. Within 2 days fixed, back on the road, no issues. I was told to bring the car back if there was any problems :). Price was quite reasonable. Was quoted more from other Mechanics. I highly recommend Kirra Automatics. Keep up the great work.
