A completely horrible experience.
This company laid floors in our home on the 14th of December and then it took them 3 months for them to fix the job they did. They blamed their materials, brought in experts and dragged everything out. They said theyd fix it, but cut corners and just moved the problems around. The sales representative we dealt with would tell us one thing one day and another thing the next week. On several occasions we had layers arrive saying theyd been told to do something completely different to what wed discussed with the sales representative. Then we had to sort it out for them about what actually needed to be done. When I asked the sales representative for clarity i.e: were they going to do what we discussed last week, he dismissively told me he didnt remember what we discussed as he never wrote anything down.
In the end what it took to fix the floors was for them to do the floor preparation properly that they should have done before laying the floor the first time, and even now its only really 85% okay. Be wary of this company. The boards they use might be excellent quality, but the service was terrible.
