That had to be the best massage of ever had in my life, I asked for a hard massage and I definitely got it, would recommend!

Booked a 30min massage and explained that I was only wanting my upper back (neck and shoulders) to be worked on in this time.

The massage was finished undertime and the massage person left half way through for 5mins without saying anything!!!

She clearly had no idea about anatomy as she was not targeting any specific areas at all.

Total waste of money.

I got a 60 minute deep tissue/trigger point massage. I was very impressed by her skillset and strength. I prefer stronger pressure and it was great. She used a technique where she walked on my back and (I think) used her feet and elbows simultaneously. Before starting the massage she asked how she could help me, what my needs were and how much pressure I preferred. That meant a lot to me and I really felt heard and seen. I will definitely be coming back.
