Coomera Town Medical Centre

I am a regular patient whom uses Coomera Town Medical Centre for all my basic appointments for both my husband, daughter and myself. Over the past few months the service, time management and quality of interaction has been absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

I book all my appointment online via the HotDoc app and yet on numerous occasions I have been left in the waiting room for well over 30 minutes past my appointment time. This has occurred by multiple doctors that are hired to arrive on time to tend to patients being late.

My daughter is immunocompromised and leaving her exposed in a doctors waiting room for longer than necessary is negligent and appauling for a “professional medical centre”.

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. I will not be returning and I will be firmly encouraging other to avoid using this centre at all. Please hire better staff who are able to fulfill their duties and responsibilities they were contracted to perform. I have had nail salons more reliable.

After visiting this morning, the older Indian lady who is at the front was so disgusting. She shouldn't be on the front or attending to people. In fact I think she must be the practice manager.

She has no compassion and argues her mouth off.

The other two young ladies are so lovely and helpful and should be the only ones serving people.

I will be leaving this clinic because of the way I was treated by this one lady alone who was determined to push me out of the doors instead of helping me because she obviously doesn't have genuine care for people who have heart issues.
