I asked for the mould to be removed from my air-conditioner,he was supposed to be here last Sunday between 2pm and 3pm he arrived at 6pm.

I am so upset with the service my unit still has mould and was still extremely dirty after he done the service. I took the cover off to have a look on Wednesday because it is leaking more now than it was before the service and I was horrified at what I seen,

I have tried to talk with them about the issues and they are just extremely rude and dismissive
