Star Print

I wanted to get 25,000 flyers printed then half distributed for my business. I submitted the proofs for printing and then never heard back.

I made several phone calls including starting the process again from scratch thinking the distribution of only half may have been a complication.

This didn't work, I got no reply.

I then finally got annoyed enough to contact sales and request a chat to a 'senior manager'. He was busy but would call me back. It didn't happen.

I then wrote a letter to head office addressed to 'The General Manager'.

I didn't hear back.

Numerous emails, phone calls and finally a letter.

Obviously I can't recommend them.

I'm confused as they seem to want business and advertise, at some cost, then have systems and people in place who aren't doing the job. Obviously now I have gone elsewhere but I did give it a go.
