Mission Removals

When I first got a quote it was for 2 trucks. One for the clean things & one for the dirty things from the shed & yard. Only one truck turned up on the day. The guy that owns the truck was not the driver & the men were not locals as they spoke little English so I assume they were backpackers. It was a very wet day & I could tell they weren’t very professional. After an everything had left a couple of hours later I got a call from the owner saying I had to find another storage shed as there was local flooding with road closures. I was extremely stressed out as I had trouble selling my home & my husband had just recently passed away. I googled & there were no other storage sheds so in a panic I rang the storage shed to where they were going to & the owner said that’s ridiculous & there is another way around but it would take them another hour out of the way. I never heard back from the owner of Mission Removals Cooroy but the owner of the storage shed rang me & said they arrived & things were just thrown in so expect some damage! Photos were taken & sent to me. When I got my furniture & goods out of storage the removals I got from where I was moving to said the same thing & again took photos for me to see. I was not happy at all as there was mud & scratches on my furniture. I have worked & lived in Cooroy for nearly 30 years & this is no way to treat a local by a local business.
