Debbie insinuated I was dumb because I'm dyslexic and read the card number wrong while she berated me in an intimidating tone, she then went on to call me drama because she tried to charge the card two hours later after closing and I was at coles at the register checking out so money was spent and needed to transfer more to cover the $100. Nasty, derogatory and hates customers treats all like scum of the universe when things are not done immediately even tho she may take hours after speaking. Won't give you two seconds to think, will give you anxiety by the way she barks at you.



Edit to say- Both my wife and work full time and can most definitely afford $100 plus the week. We are getting our car fixed at the moment hence the need for car rental. We have already rented and picked a car up elsewhere. You are a hateful human. I told you I was dyslexic- you responded with- so not very smart. You didn't take the payment which had been sitting for almost 3 hours. We assumed YOU were not taking it until Monday when we would be coming in via a taxi. I feel like you just want to hate and make financial assumptions. We were at the checkout and just spent the money and were transferring more. I apologised multiple times for my disability. You were cruel and you were the one making it hard. It's not far and slanderous to say we can't get together such a tiny amount of money. Regardless you need to learn customer service. You don't get away with being horrible and demanding by calling people laughable and attempting to discredit them. You didn't do business in a timely manner one would think when you said you needed the $100 NOW you would charge the card at the time. You lack of empathy and emotional intelligence Is absolutely astounding. Grow up Debbie start doing business professionally, don't be snapper, demeaning and rude. For anyone else reading this- you only have to see the other reviews to see this is a pattern. Debbie is a narcissistic human, this is how she responds to everything and how she treats people on what appears to be her bad mental health days. Go to anyone but deb and the crew- you may land her on a good day or a absolutely nasty no stuffs given day like my wife and ourselves . You only have to see her response to me and others to see my claims of being treated like scum are warranted. Berating people and accusing them of nor having such a small sum of money is absolutely pathetic. Deb and crew are welcome to see our accounts for proof but they would not like to be made a fool of- and as iv said we rented a car for not one but two weeks not an hour later. Why would anyone mess around trying to hire a vehicle if they didn't have the money? Who stuffed YOU over that makes you think simple misunderstandings are people messing you around? What has happened to you that you think hard working people would what? Call up to play silly games with you? How you act is ridiculous not everyone is out to hurt you stuff you over deb, take 5 minutes to look at yourself and ur actions. We will be contacting a lawyer RE- you putting my wife's mobile phone number and full name on the internet.

Also we live at fairfeild she works 40 minutes from us at fairfeild which is only 10/15 minutes from the city. We told you that Debbie. I think you have been very confused alot today- you were the first place we called to be clear not sure why that matters.

Do you think it's lawful to post someone's name and personal number online? Is this how you handle things? Dox people?

I did call to resolve this she swore at me at called me gay girls, when asked if that was a homophobic slur she continued to berated and attempt to intimate with yelling and swear words. We will have asked to have the mobile number only removed from her response to bring her response in like with the 1988 privacy act here in Australia. We will not only be contacting a lawyer but contacting OAIC now due to her drunk and intimidating way of speaking.

We are not going to s
