I am a bit disappointed I,ve just read a review on this website and fnd that very unjust? I,ve moved a number of times in the Illawara area over the years and have fouind this company excellent to deal with Im about to contact them today hence why I'm on this site reading this nasty review.

I would recommend this company to anyone move cleabn or just general cleaning. I"M about to contact them today about a spring clean.

Very dissapointed in the customer service this business provides! It is extremely poorly managed as well... We moved homes and had cleaned a lot of things but wanted the items checked off our end of lease checklist completed - window tracks, floors, bathroom, kitchen, etc. When we spoke to the lady she recommended a half clean and we agreed upon hours, etc (not knowing that they are meant to come and inspect the property to give a quote of the size of the job, this was never offered as the owner was 'sick'). The cleaner turned up half an hour late and told me that another guy was coming as well. He did not mention that they worked in split shifts and the other guy was taking over from him and not working alongside him, so we agreed that 6hrs was long enough to complete the checklist (btw we have used this company previously and they had 3 people working the whole time, so we assumed it would be the same and were not told otherwise). The cleaner turned up without a phone so we had no way to contact him and had to gove him a set time to finish as we were both at work. When my husband came he said he had completed everything, he was paid and off he went (Beware they do not write out receipts on the spot!!!). When i got home i had a look at the window tracks first and they were absolutely filthy, the kitchen was cleaned really well but the bathroom still had dust on the counter and hair all over the floor! We rang the owner to discuss this and she began by YELLING AT US.... She was completely rude, tried to tell us we had not 'asked for the right amount of time' and couldnt we see that the cleaner had worked his heart out all day... I was in complete shock that an owner of a business could speak to a customer like this... Needless to say, the conversation got nasty, we did not get anything fixed, did not get a receipt & we were asked never to use her business again because, and i quote "we were trying to pull one over on her". WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

Very happy with the cleaning service i receive from Ellieshas makes life so much easier to use the cleaning service very professional.
