One Stop Discount Shop

I have been here many times and managed to save lots of money as a crocheter the yarn quality is amazing and for such low prices. My only problem is with the owner/manager (unsure of her job description), she is openly rude and abusing to her staff in front of customers.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Health set up a FREE drive through testing tent in the public bus terminal carpark which this store backs onto a small part of. The owners behaviour has been aggressive without any provocation. The business owners are abusive to the nursing and traffic management staff, often throwing traffic cones, shouting at innocent staff and threatening behaviour. As owners of a business in a small town, this behaviour has made me reluctant to contribute to their service. It may be an inconvenience to have a testing site behind their shop, but there is no need to abuse innocent workers who are trying to do their job and assist in this unprecedented time. Their behaviour is appalling.

This is a terrible business. the workers are lovely, but the owner treats everyone like garbage, in front of customers. shocking service from her as well

Worst business in cowes, manager is very very rude, they only stock cheap Asian junk anyway so save your money, they not even worth 1 star but had to put something
