Phillip Island Taxi Service

Yet again book a trip and taxi was a no show can’t talk to a real person will be missing another medical appointment not good enough 🤬

Waited over an hour and called 3 times, and got told 15 minutes and kept waiting and eventually cancels the taxi and had to walk back in the rain…. Horrible service do not recommend

I booked a pick up 3 days ahead of time. That time came and I called them to inform them of a market road block so they would need to pick us up on a side st to then be told there was a 3 hour delay and they could guarantee when they would get to us and we would just have to wait.

Understand if there is only 1 taxi on the island that there can be small delays but 3 hours for a pre booked time is crazy. Absolutely useless company and would never recommend.

I am extremely disappointed with this service. DO NOT RECOMMEND. If I could rate 0 stars I would. We called four times and they said to keep waiting, but then told us to switch to a different sized car as there “are no guarantees”. And on top of that, the receptionists were extremely rude, and hung up on us multiple times.
