There is no half star rating so I had to give this a full one star. Doctor unable to provide proper education. I had to read what was written in the x-ray report finding out I had OA, no explanation at all!. Stated I was okay with my weight, without checking my weight, and other symptoms. .pity for those patients who will come and go without being properly educated on their condition.

Receptionist was very rude and waited 40 mins for my appointment.

Ba fi....go else where, where other doctors would listen and help you out as their first priority

Worst experience ever with Dr vajna rafeek there. Went there for my daughters skin problem/eczema. Shesaid leave it like that and asked us why it bothers us if the skin is inflamed.shocking. Did not give any medicine or any advice on how to control her eczema.
Also she told us to go to our previous dr and said it is our duty to go to the same dr when we asked her to check our daughters ultrasound report.

I've been to the clinic and was seen on time. Staff was very welcoming and the doctor showed empathy. Felt very good.

This clinic is BAD!!! The first time I took my son there I had to wait 1hr. so we left & went to a different clinic. The second visit I made an appointment & waited 1hr again only to be seen by the doctor I did NOT ask for... I was specific when I spoke to their receptionist!!!! VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!
