I used to be a regular customer since 2015 as I love their pizzas, but after tonight I will never purchase anything again. My sister who is allergic to pork and pork products ordered a BEEF LASAGNE for dinner. As she was eating it she thought she could taste pork and stopped eating. Then she realised there was ham all the way through the lasagne. When she called to talk about the home delivery, she was told she needed to bring the lasagne back for a refund. No. We had it delivered, the refund should be brought to us. Nella the woman on the phone was incredibly abrupt and unhelpful. When I called on my sister's behalf to speak to the owner, he was far to busy to talk to a customer and never returned my call. Fedar, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have been ordering from Pizza Palace since 2013 & have found their pizza's to be fantastic. Great flavour, lots if topping no oil! They are always friendly & the service for me & to me is sensational. They know me by name, know my families order & its always waiting for me upon my arrival. I wont go anywhere else for pizza in craigieburn.

Look, accidents are just that. They happen, and what's the problem with that? Attitudes, on the other hand, are entirely subject to their beholders.
My brothers and I ordered online, three pastas and a garlic bread. Two of the pastas were not what we ordered, and we were missing the garlic bread. We figured, no worries, we'll just call up and get it sorted. Well, while trying to explain the issue repeatedly, I was continuously cut off by the fellow on the other end of the line, who demanded that I explain the issue, which was ironic, considering that that was exactly what I was trying to do. He then insisted that we didn't order a garlic bread, again cutting me off as I tried to say that we were looking at the emailed receipt on my brother's tablet, and we had, in fact, ordered a garlic bread. He then started shouting: "Hold on!", and left me on the phone.
A woman then picked up the phone, saying that she was looking at my receipt, and insisting that we didn't order a garlic bread. I said again that we were looking right at it. I quoted the order, the time the order was placed, and the total price we paid. I said we'd be more than happy for the driver to come back and have a look, or to forward the emailed receipt. Well, she very suddenly decided, then, that we HAD ordered a garlic bread, and that she would have someone deliver it.
I then asked if we could have the incorrect pastas replaced, and before I could finish my sentence, I was cut off again. She said that she couldn't replace them for me. When I asked why, she said: "Because the ones yous got are exactly the same as the ones yous ordered, okay!?" I then explained that they were not, and how and why this was so, to be received with: "Well, I can't replace them for yous! They're exactly the same, okay!? And I can't sell them to anyone else now, okay!?" And, she hung up on me.
Seriously, save yourself the pain. Save others the pain. I recommend that you, your family, and your friends, order somewhere else.
