Ordered my food via Menulog at 16:10, order was accepted by the restaurant at 16:11. Delivery time was scheduled for 19:39.

Food didn’t arrive at specified time, so I waited until 20:15 and rang the restaurant asking about my order, I was told it was being made as I was talking to them, and that it would be delivered in 15mins.

At 21:15, still no delivery, so I called the restaurant again and was told, once again, that they were cooking it. At this point I cancelled the order.

Both times I rang the lady I spoke to was very dismissive and condescending.

A couple of days later I notice that they never cancelled the order through Menulog, and I had been charged for it. Had to ring Menulog and get them to get my money back.

EXTREMELY unhappy with this place. Will not try to order from them again, and will be warning everyone I know not to order from them.
