Purchased a Hyundai Accent from this dealership a number of years ago and have since been made aware that I was ripped off by the finance company used by them (Macquarie) to the tune of several thousand dollars. The audio system has always had issues which have become progressively worse over the years to where the stereo is totally unusable. Today I was advised my vehicle is part of a recall due to a fault with the ABS and to contact the dealership. I did so, and the man I spoke to needs some serious training in how to appropriately speak to people. It was some of the rudest “service” I have ever encountered. I would never purchase a Hyundai again and would not recommend this dealership.
