Elevated Arbor Care

The team from EAC were working at the property next door and damaged our fence, bending the top rail. The fence was brand new and had no existing damage. When I approached them to ask about repairing it, the owner said they would bend the fence railing back. I stated that I wanted the railing replaced as it was new and the wire also would need to be re-tensioned. Hence began the owner's attempt to intimidate me and he became abusive and swore at me. I went inside and some time later saw the workers on my property attempting to bend the fence back. When I emailed them regarding getting the fence repaired they were rude and dismissive and refused to provide insurance details and licences of the contractors they were going to engage. I stated that I would not allow uninsured contractors to work on our property. They then assured us that they would engage another contractor but that an EAC employee would need to be onsite whilst the fence was repaired. I stated that due to the intimidatory tactics they employed, I was not comfortable with them being on my property and so now they are refusing to repair the fence at all. Unprofessional and bullies. I would never recommend them to anyone.

These guys worked bloody hard removing some trees for us over a couple of days.

From the start the quote process was easy and well communicated. Steve was flexible, happy to give advice and great to deal with.

On the days of the work there was a great team who turned up early and worked amazingly hard. They worked seamlessly with Sydney Wide Cranes who got the branches safely over our house.

They took care of everything including large tree removal, wood chipping and stump grinding. They took the time after a long job to leave the street clean. You can tell Steve and his team take a pride in their work and they really wanted us to have the best experience.

Fantastic service and would highly recommend! Steve was very professional from the start (quote, insurances, invoicing etc). His team worked diligently to remove a very large tree. They left the yard clean and tidy. Even helped relocate a nest of native baby birds. Had piece of mind knowing he was fully insured. 10/10 for service and price!
