Unprofessional, dirty, dishonest and should not be allowed to continue to be in business.

Rumbles is an appalling, unprofessional company to deal with from go to woe. They underestimated the job, constantly had to deliver extra boxes, many of which barely passed for a box. No everything fitted into the truck so some of our belongs had to spend 12 days in storage before they were delivered. The workers were sloppy and caused damage to the walls/doors of our house, and damaged some of our furniture. They were unapologetic and dismissive about damage, and tried to say that the damage was old - which it was not. They said that we should have taken out insurance. They were rude workers, and the owner of the business would often not return my calls. I had to hassle for 2 weeks to get a refund on the returned boxes. Overall the experience with this company was horrendous.

We had a lot of damage through the Rumbles move. They were horrible to deal with and forced us to take them to court. We won outright, now they claim financial hardship so can't pay.
This in itself is a concern. If they can't settle a small dispute, I wouldn't trust them to cover more typical responsibilities either.
I have tried to deal with Rumbles for over two years now and the owner was rude and dismissive to me the whole way.

I had a terrible experience with this shoddy mob. There were damages that they took no effort to resolve and in attending their business to provide court papers, I saw just how they provide their storage options - check out their address at 47 Lorn Rd and see the squalor that they would put your valuables in. I was disgusted.
I have no idea how they haven't been sued into oblivion before now.

Had a very similar experience to Bethany. The crew were late to arrive and worked slowly, they estimated to need only a medium sized truck even though we told them that previously this hadn't been large enough. When they needed to them make a second trip, they charged us extra. They insisted on a cash amount that we never received an invoice for. When we tried to pursue a complaint about some damage, they did nothing so we had to take them to the tribunal.
Please get everything in writing, as they have cost us so much stress and money. Or just go with a decent company to move with.

Used for several moves then asked them to pack and store household - they delivered incorrect items, lost expensive items, admitted verbally then denied responsibility in writing and have not compensated for their wrongdoing
