Brazilian Barbecue Catering

I used Brazilian BBQ Catering service for my private event a couple of weeks ago for 40 people. I had high hopes of giving all positive reviews. Prior communication with Russell, who sounded like he knew what he was doing, were unfortunately not very accurate.



On the day of the event not long before the agreed arrival time, I received a call from Russell asking about venue address. His way of communication was very unprofessional, never apologised for not being prepared for my event and was neglecting my comments.



The team arrived 1h late, moreover they packed up well before the agreed end time and wanted to leave without talking to me. When I confronted them on the spot, they agreed to wait until they could leave because they would have to interrupt the event. I don't even know if there was any food leftover because they have packed up way before talking to me. For me this showed a clear lack of preparation, and respect for my event, myself and my guests.



To make matters worse, their BBQ setup caused damage to the venue’s bush wall, resulting in a $400 fine. I raised all of these concerns in a follow-up email but unfortunately still haven't heard back from them.



Sadly, the poor handling and lack of accountability mean I wouldn’t recommend them. If you want to have good time and stress free event DO NOT USE THEM!!!
