I was in a desperate rush for a suitcase that suited me for a 4 week trip around Europe. The staff at their Crows Nest store, were more then helpful and extremely knowledgeable in helping me pick the right suitcase around my needs and budget. Would highly recommend to anyone

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some Items from The Luggage Professionals more than 12 months ago and after 12 months of me contacting them and asking if they were ever going get the items in they finally told me they were not able to get the items I ordered. This company is also VERY hard to deal with as they never return phone calls or emails. I have now had to contact the department of fair trading in order to get a refund. This company has been far from professional to deal with and would not recommend them to anyone.
