After having had great service from this plumber a couple of years back, we called them again when we lost hot water recently. We were so pleased to deal with a tradesman who treated our hot water problem with the same urgency that we did! Luke came on time, finished the job (fixing a leaking water pipe underneath the pathway) in an efficient manner and said he would send the invoice later - something rare to find these days.
