possibly a good service, however customer service is poor to none. the 1300 number is just a voice recording and diverts to the mobile number which is just used for SMS inquiries only.

Be very wary if you need customer service as the lack of response is what you will receive including one word responses.

- emailed them no response
- sms them poor response
- no physical ability to speak to someone

you receive a reference number for your order but it doesnt mean anything to anyone so its a waste of time providing it.

Quite disappointed that I didnt do enough investigating before ordering a touch up paint as I would have found someone who can least answer a phone and chat with.....
