Absolutely disgusting. Customer service is not in the equation. I got a loan on goods, I've paid off the loan. But I'm interstate with work, and physically can't go into the store. They are refusing my family to pick my goods up, and have threatened to throw my belongings out, claiming it's the law. Even after explaining the situation, they refuse to pay attention.
