Things havent improved from the last review it serms. Guy answers, mumbles, was irritable and rude and hung up on me mid sentence. This company needs to do some serious work on thier customer service.

I phoned Complete Dishwasher Service to engage them to fix my Dishwasher.
The encounter is as follows:
A man answers the my phone call, "Service Department".
I say, "Good morning this is Steve, who have I got there?"
He says, "Service Department".
I Say, "" What's your name?".
He says, "Go away!" and HANGS UP!
I ring back and a lady answers the same way, "Service Department".
I say, " This is Steve, who have I got there?"
Again she says, "Service Department".
I then explain to her that if I know the mans name I don't have to call him mate or sir,
and that if I call him by his name, (and vice versa) it's a polite way to talk to each other.
She replies with, "I don't think we can help you here", and HANGS UP!
I appreciate we can all get a bit snowed under at times, (Too busy, Illness, Tired, Kids, Life, etc...)
but if you're in business for yourself you are going to have to dig a bit deeper.
This was not a good experience.
It's by extending ourselves to a personal level that gets us connected and makes us feel good about other people and ourselves.
Responding to incoming calls like this isn't going to achieve you anything but the opposite:
Disconnected and feeling bad bout ourselves.
I hope they read this and life gets better for them soon. : )
PS: I gave this service NO stars, but the Review Guidelines made me give them 1 star.
