Very disappointed. Clothes returned late had been washed not drycleaned and returned wet.
10 hours later they still wet. Will never use again.
Be careful about usung this cleaner.
I gave 1 star but he doesnt deserve even this much

WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!! I wish I read these reviews BEFORE I took my wedding dress, a shirt and trousers here! This dry cleaners cannot even get a small bit of makeup (foundation) off a shirt! I also did not realise this place had changed hands - the owner was not there when I took my dress in.. He stuffed me around the whole time. I went in after he told me it was ready only to find out it was "at his other dry cleaners a long way away"..When I asked where he just said "passed Cranbourne.. Pakenham..too far for you to go"... Worried, I finally was able to pick it up 2 days later.. As I suspected my wedding dress had NOT EVEN BEEN TOUCHED!!!! The train was still done up. He did not even care.
