Absolutely awesome experience with Desma Designs. I first walked in 15 minutes before closing after a quick call, and Desma herself stayed with me for 45 minutes after hours to chat through ideas—right from the start, she made the whole process easy and stress-free.

I wanted my late husband's wedding ring, his garnet signet ring and another ring I owned all melded into one ring that I could wear to honour us. Desma was so receptive, open and designed a beautiful ring. It was so very emotional picking it up and putting it on my finger. Could not be happier.

From the moment I walked into the store, I knew that this was the place that I wanted to get my wedding band made and all my other future projects. They created a custom made "jacket" wedding band for my engagement ring to slip into the middle. My engagement ring itself (that I bought somewhere else) is really fragile and so the jacket gives the engagement ring a lot of protection. I can tell that a lot of love and care went into this ring and the quality is next level. The staff have been all so beautiful to us as well.
