Booked him in for the 28-Oct @ 8am on a day he was aware I was time sensitive and reiterated the importance of an early start.



His apprentice apparently "slept in". He was rude and arrogant about the fact he was unable to keep to the agreed time. Only response offered was "I can't help it if the apprentice was late".



I rebooked him for Wed 04-Nov. He attempted to call me the day before but I missed the call. Unknowing to me at the time (because I didn't have the number saved nor did I recognise it), I called him back. Again, rude and arrogant over the phone asking why I called.

I advised him that I was returning his call at which point I realised who it was and confirmed the appointment.



8 minutes later, he texts me and said he could no longer help me and I'd have to find someone else because he apparently "doesn't work for rude customers". I then had to cancel other trades scheduled to perform work after him.



This bloke is very unprofessional. Avoid unless you're ok dealing someone who is rude and arrogant and who wont show up. He may then walk away from the job the day before and tries to blame you for it!
