Bought a bed, mattress and bedside table. Unable to tender a price as previously as items are at a set price.

So really shouldn’t be called Tender Plus as this process doesn’t exist anymore.

Also,i was told that i had to take the display bed as there was no more in stock.

I was happy to that but i was told that i had to dismantle the bed and i asked for a reduction in price as they weren’t prepared to do that for me.

They said that this is the lowest price that they will go do.

All the slats were screwed so a lot of work to dismantle and not to offer a reduction is unbelievable.

Anyway i received a phone call that they had one in stock so it turned out okay.

When i picked up the items i asked for some string or something i could tie the mattress down as i forgot to bring my box of tricks.

No help or effort was given to me to help- so very disappointing as nobody to care at all.

Good range of stock but need a bit of good old fashioned service!

Bad service. Purchase furniture and when we tried to pick up it was actually not in store so we had to compromise with other options that wasn't what we originally purchased. On top of that, one of the floor workers was a complete jerk and rude for no apparent reason when we were standing by door waiting for this things to be sorted out. There are better options out there with decent service.

I was looking for a cheap tall boy and I didnt have a lot to spend and wanted one as I needed more storage space for clothes as my cupboards were over flowing.
I checked a lot of furniture places in my area and found nothing within my price range at all.
A family member told me about Tender Disposals and decided to give them a call.
They had a large range of pre loved and factory second Tall Boys and they were in my budget.
After going to look at them in person I found they carried just about everything in furniture at Tender Disposals and they were all good quality and cheap.
I ended up with Tall Boy cheaper than what I had to spend and will be going back later in the year for a new table setting.
