I called on a cold,winters afternoon. Within 10 minutes a plumber was here . Had the parts and fixed in under 1/2 hour.

So impressed. I have had them before at another house so it's not a one off. Once again thank you Dion and Nic.

I was charged called a call out fee [which I did not ask but neither was I told that] then charged for an hour when it took the technician half an hour to go get the parts. If you are the DUX Service repair company you should have those parts in your van, if not the client should not be charged for that. I paid the bill before the seven days and wrote an email explaining my view that I thought the charges were a bit rich - as expected I never received a reply. Would I use them again? NO
