Check the ABN. Many business names, all dodgy. Liars. Will lie all day long, but aren't experienced, licensed or capable of the simplest job. AVOID at all costs. Anyone working with them, in admin, in calls, in their company broadly deserves anything karma gives them.

My house got flooded. Called them, the indian guy did what he thinks needed to be done. i asked is the job complete , said yes. After 3 days my house is still wet , lot of moisture, carpet was not dried properly. HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO GET IT PROPERLY DONE.

We booked a couch upholstery clean through SK Couch Cleaning. The booking was managed by BLUE Cleaning Maintenance and PestControl. Another company again was the one that conducted the service on the day (Top Solution

Services).



Upon having the couch steam cleaned:

● The service of the job was poor - our floors were covered in water and chemicals after Top Solution Services was done, some of which they mopped up, most of which they did not (we

discovered large pools of water and chemicals underneath the couch, a few hours after they left, which we had to wipe up with several large towels). The only instruction we were given was to

wait 3 days before sitting. Regardless, we have left the room very well-ventilated, and in as much light as possible, to assist with drying. Not happy with the result of the service.



● The quality of the job was poor -

○ The couch was streaky with stains that were not there prior to the cleaning. We were not happy with the result of the cleaning.

○ The couches now have a heavy damp/mould smell that has not disappeared after 2 weeks, and we can no longer use them and are unable to sit in our living room or on our couches because the smell is so strong.



All three companies refused to take any responsibility, provide any compensation or took any care or pride in their work.

did a rushed job for an exit lease and over charged from the quote. When asked to touch up the mistakes they laughed and said they couldn't do any thing. Don't go near them.

STAY AWAY I had my carpets steam cleaned in June 2019.

An Indian gentleman & his female assistant steam cleaned my carpets, it took about 30 mins to clean 3 bedrooms, large lounge, dining room and hallway plus 4 mats. Afterwards when paying I was asked if I was satisfied. Now it's hard to tell when the carpets are still wet and, even though I did stress that I thought that the areas where furniture had been still showed indents, especially in the bedrooms and it looked like they had not been steam cleaned, the gentleman fobbed me off saying not to worry and that was quite normal and that once everything has dried fully it will be fine and to ring them back if not satisfied.

The next morning I came back and it honestly looked like it had been vacuumed only and nothing else. As it was a rental property and I had already moved out, I did not have time to muck around, Rang & was promised someone would get back to me and they never did I contacted my real estate agent, and negotiated to get their recommended cleaner out that afternoon, this was time critical as new tenants were moving in.

The difference with their cleaner was huge, they took over an hour and cleaned all areas of the carpet including where the furniture stood and I could see the difference straight away, plus they only charged less than half the price for the 6 rooms, compared to SK Cleaning .

I think their service was unsatisfactory, as I certainly feel I did not get the service I paid for After two phone calls and two emails were ignored I chatted with Kate at online support, but was refused a refund point blank and I will refer this to consumer affairs

SK Cleaning Services only did a superb job on my carpets, but they had a very welcoming staff who could answer all of my questions. I would most absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants to get their carpets cleaned for a great price! I would highly recommended and greatly thanks SK Cleaning Service...!!!

I was doing party with my friends in my house and we were drinking wine, suddenly one of my friend spilled wine on the Sofa.



So, I called SK Cleaning Company in Melbourne.



They came immediately to pick up the sofa. They were on time and they did really good job. When they bring the sofa back to my house, it was like brand new we are really grateful to this company for helping us. Highly recommend!!!

Poor communication, poor excuses for not showing up for 2 appointments and then the unprofessionalism of no accountability. I should've read the google comments before engaging them....

Absolutely professional carpet cleaning company in Melbourne, we called SK cleaning for flood damage restoration services. They turned up within 20 mins of Booking, they restored our carpet to look new. Really happy they helped us to save money, otherwise we would had to install new carpet.
