Global Consoles

I sent my xbox and nintendo DS to these guys. They took ages and eventually returned the DS, but it's been 5 months and I'm still waiting of the xbox. Before they provided excuses relating to parts, now they simply don't respond to emails or phone calls.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. What they did to me was cruel. First they offered kindly to send the product to them at no charge, but when they evaluated they identified an additional problem!! In addition to what was previously reported via email by me. OK! In the end I had to pay because I believed the service would be well done and would be better than paying to get it back. But the worst happened when I received my product, the issue still there with the same defect, they stopped responding to my e-mails and did not answer any more phone calls. They are a bunch of thieves, be careful!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! Sent my PS$ in with a broken disc drive and quoted $45 to repair. After over two months and $490 for a 'brand new' PS4 console because they couldn't fix mine they sent me a cut up box, with no reciept, cables, warranty or controller. Absolute fraud. Have contacted fair trade. Do not believe their lies. This is the first review I've ever left online as I don't want anyone else to go through what I have. AVOID!

Does not pay suppliers - Owes our company $8,000 for glass replacement - chasing the owner for 5 years and refusing to pay.

I wanna say first up that i thought id check online reviews of these guys before sending my console to them. After seeing a fair few bad reviews but most of them being 10 years old i thought it would be a good idea to give these guys a go (alas how i was sorely mistaken). My PS4 recentley stopped loading discs, i figured something like that would be reasonably cheap and easy to fix. "Global Consoles" were more than happy there hands on my console however once they had it thats when things took a turn. After 3 weeks and a few phone calls later i finaly got through to their customer service department; i was then told not only was the issue much bigger than i thought (just like going to a dodgy mechanic) but they could not repair it and i would have to purchase a "brand new console" from them for only $350 (oh and an extra $75) to get my personal data off the original. I straight away decided against that and to get my original console sent back to me however (and it says this on their website for their terms and conditions) it would cost $35 for "warehouse shipping" (btw im from Sydenham and this store is loacted Dandenong). Anyway rapping this story up i paid them their money and low and behold another 3 weeks later and multiple phone calls and messages left i eventually got my console returned to me (luckily trading it into EB Games and getting $175 for it then purchasing my own brand new console at a much lower rate than $350. So if you want to waste your time and money than by all means go to these guys :)

I got my kids XBOX fixed at Global consoles very nice honest people they were very patient with me explained everything in detail too.

I am glad I came across Global consoles they repaired my XBox one very happy very quick and fair price as well and most importantly I could keep all the DLCs that was in the console hard drive.

Had my kids PS4 repaired and delivered in record time and very cheap as well. A++++

They repaired my PS4 with broken HDMI for $65 and works great I am very happy very nice people honest too.

Do not sent PS4 to this retailer - paid $229 for repair and still waiting for parts. Asked for return of PS4 and refund which seller refused. Even more worryingly, he had fair trading number to hand and has been incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout. SCAM
