It is my perception that they deliberately procrastinated and failed to be proactive in mediation, thereby forcing the other party to take the matter to court out of pure frustration.

Neither I or nor other party sought to take the matter to court.

I severed their services and hired a another law firm (successfully avoiding a court hearing), which of whom managed to repair the damage caused by Just Family Law and procure for me a most favourable.
