Keith Linnell Tuning

Bought a roadworthy car of Keith's mate, Keith had done roadworthy. Now lm stranded 12 days later as car had a massive oil leak which racq mechanic report states that he believes oil leak had been there for months as rubber seals had expanded from oil. Also 2 bulging tyres. All these items are roadworthy requirements. Keith's response is that its not is prob. Thanks Keith. Have submitted all paper work to Vic roads and consumer affairs.
