What a nasty man. Had my camper trailer booked two weeks ahead to be looked at 8.30 in the morning re a Truma gas hot water service problem. He is a Dometic service agent. From the word go all he could do is winge about all the work he has taken on and he is under the pump. Leave it here, out in the street, and I will see what I can do. I asked him to honour our appointment and he turned his back and walked away. I said I would refer his attitude to Dometic and he threw both hands in the air and said see if I care.
