Extremely poor service. Humayoun was highly unreliable and constantly made excuses for not showing up to site. He would arrive at 12pm or later, after promising to arrive in the early morning or he wouldn’t arrive at all and did not notify us.



They took almost two months to complete the job and charged is $22,990 for fixing up a very small bathroom (without a bath tub) small wc and a laundry basin. He left my parents without a working toilet and shower for over two weeks and did not respond to calls or messages unless in regards to an up front stage payment.



They even asked for the finalised stage payment without even competing the job in full including:



1. Laundry basin /unit installation - Incomplete

2. Shower Screen installation - Incomplete

3. Architraves around the existing window in the bathroom on the top right corner damaged during renovation, requires to be restored- Incomplete

4. Reattachmdent of both Bathroom doors - Incomplete

5. Reattachment of WC door - Incomplete

6. Seal corners of tiles in Bathroom and WC - Incomplete

7. Linen Cabinet internal back wall restoration- Incomplete

8. Power switch in the bathroom not connected or reattached internally - Incomplete





Would no recommend this business at all. After completing the job they did not even notify me via call, email or text. Very unprofessional service. I hope no one else experiences this treatment moving forward.
