My friend's car was booked in and the service was not completed. Upon my friend reporting this, she was met with abuse and racial slurs by John.

Been going there since I bought my first car (7 years ago) never had a problem, I have never been ripped off and he is always happy to take a quick look at my car if I thought something was wrong. Very poilte and I have always been able to reach the shop on the first call if I needed.

I give this workshop a 10 star but unfortunately there are only 5.

Only 1 star because I can't do 0.
I've tried to call today and the phones always busy, this isn't the first time. It's very hard to get a hold of him, he is also not the most polite person I've ever come across. I'm NEVER going back, if he cannot answer the phone then why should people continue to pay to keep his business going

Very disappointing business

Was recommended by another local business (whole saler) to complete required work on vehicle, tried to call various times and line was always busy.

When actually managed to reach Gavin, quickly described that I wanted brakes done on car, & that parts would need to be arranged by him as the mechanic. I then asked for a price for works & materials, at which time I was swore at over the phone, then told to seek assistance from elsewhere as he was too busy.

As a business owner, surely it would be in best interest to be up front with any costs for works & materials, not to swear at potential clients, and most importantly not to turn away potential clients.

I have advised the whole saler to not recommmend in furture & will ensure that everyone I know is aware of the poor service I was given.

Best part is that my business runs 4 cars, & am looking for a new local mechanic as my usual mechanic near work place in Sydney has closed down. His loss of about $7,000 in business per year.
