I’m pleased to commend Westside BMW for their helpful advice and service during my purchase this week of a 4 Series, and, in particular, I thank Cameron McAlister. Cameron was available to answer queries any time, nothing was a trouble, and his product knowledge was great. I’m grateful, too, to Amy, who drove for an hour and a half to deliver the vehicle and explain its intricacies. She did a great job.

I have purchased 5 BMW 3 series prior to buying a new 4series. The process this time was so professional from the Sales consultant/Sales manager I have ever received. They explained everything I asked about the 4series & made me feel very comfortable at all times.

Terrible service from this dealership, parts department show no remorse when they forget to order parts to fix your car, and tell you it wont be here till the following week when it could have been sorted in two days. We will no longer be bringing our car here for anything. You would think they would look after repeat clients that bring there car here regularly for its service, BUT NO.
