My first experience with AAA was last July. My car wouldnt go in to drive (D), i gave them a call as they were the only place open on the day, they had somebody out with me in under 30 mins that fixed the issue in a flash. They charged me $0.00 for their time. That was totally unexpected.
I booked my car in the following week as it was due for a service. They carried out the work along with a courtesy call to notify me on my options for any additional work that i may wish to have done.
i just had my second car service with them, with a repeat of the customer car i experienced on my first vist.
Keep up the good work, its nice knowing i have a reliable, legitimate mechanic i can take my vehicle to with confidence

My insurance company used All about automotive as my mechanic on my ute after an accident. It took them a really really long time to even give the insurance company a quote to repair and after it was approved (24hrs) it took another month to get parts and repair . The whole time I asked to be kept updated which they said they would. I had to call to get updates as they never called me once. They had my car nearly 2 months and didn't even tell me when it was ready! Not to mention my brand new car has been kept outside in rain, bird poo etc the whole time. Very disappointed with them. I'm dreading seeing their work. Worst service. Would recommend NOT using them.
