Called and spoke to Kim - She spoke with total compassion and empathy. This was and is before I've even discussed the details of what I want for my soulmate, Stubbs, a green-cheek conure (13 years old) who had particularly supported me for the last year when my husband, Peter (who bought Stubbs as a surprise present for me -12-weeks old), died himself suddenly in Sept '21.

Kim spent time with me to 'allow' me to cry at the loss of Stubbs. Kim, a total stranger, a very professional woman, has helped me already to move forward. I'm now ready to make all the necessary arrangements regarding cremation, keeping Stubbs' ashes in a special box and moving forward with piles of happy memories of her. Thanks, Kim
