Delmar Wellness Centre

Absolutely appalling service and terrible experience. The centre is over capacity and the only interest from the staff is making sales. My mother was told to go and buy one on one sessions with a third party physiotherapist in order to get results because the physiotherapists at this centre were incapable of achieving any form of improvement. Meanwhile they wanted her to purchase a "maintenance program" which they contrastingly said was ineffective for her. One of the many reasons the centre is ineffective and poor is because the patients are treated like numbers rather than individuals, and the patients spend the majority of the time during their sessions crammed together in the tiny room called a gym waiting for their turn on machines.
