I ATTENDED I-MED RADIOLOGY AT SHORT NOTICE. WAS GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT STRAIGHT AWAY & NOTHING WAS A PROBLEM. ASSISTANT WAS VERY PLEASANT, GENTLE & UNDERSTANDING. WAS FINISHED WITHOUT ANY PROBLE.

My son recently had an MRI of his brain and whole spine. We were very concerned about such a long procedure but Emma F our MRI technologiste was amazing. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and made it comfortable experience. The radiologists report was very detailed and images were sent directly to my doctor and to my phone. It’s easy to book appointments online and there’s heaps of free parking

Very disappointed. The radiologist was in a hurry, bang my head on a steel bar when I was going to lie down. Told me too late!

Apparently I moved my head but she continued, could have told me to keep still but said they will read it in two parts. Very unprofessional. Should have done it again as it is very important to have it right.

Had my last MRI to compare to this one but she said we don’t need it. I was informed to bring any previous MRI’s I have had done. Overall a very bad experience. Back to PRP! I was told to go there but I won’t go there again.
