Gold Bus

I purchased a used Denning Landseer coach from Simon at Gold Bus. Very honourable in their business dealings and the coach was without a doubt one of the cleanest, well maintained Denning in Australia. Over my time in business dealings with any company - service like this is hard to find and usually reflects a great company culture and commitment from the bus washer to the bus owner! They even filled up the 1000 litre tank with diesel to get me home!

Disgusted with the service, you pay to have a quality and comfortable trip but certain bus driver turn the heat up on days over 30 and as cold as it can get when the weather is almost freezing. The buses get cleaned once a month and never run properly, so we are left stranded on the side of the road waiting for help that come along and can’t even fix yet diagnose the problem. You call up to make a complaint and they accuse you of lying to try and keep their good name but with lying employees and rude bus drivers it isnt a service I recommend choosing if you are hiring a bus for the day.

if you live in the country bus runs when it feels like and wont make most stops on the time table and if you ring the the only phone number they have after 9am mon to fri you get voicemail
