Huge thanks to BEPE Plumbing & Electrical. I called late on Thursday night with a badly blocked drain and they had a tech out fast. He turned up on time, was friendly and professional, showed me the issue on CCTV, cleared the blockage, and cleaned up before leaving. Fair pricing for after-hours, card payment on site, and great communication throughout.

Couldn’t be happier, problem sorted the same night. Highly recommend!

Used Bepe for a bathroom renovation they completely stuffed up the job 25grand and they had a plumber and a tiler do all the work!!!!

Made me pay up front staff are extremely rude

Bathtub wasn’t installed correctly causing water damage they left leaking taps

Did a terrible job on a tiles and in the quote the bathroom was meant to be painted yet another thing they didn’t do

They take your money and run and leave you with terrible work!!!

Do not use this company. Avoid like the plague. Overpriced, poor workmanship and unprofessional. They provided and fitted a new hot water system to us but did not install this properly. This led to the system bursting and requiring replacement within a very short time period. They then dodged any responsibility for their errors and tried to charge us a ridiculous amount ($1500 more than any other company) to fit a new system. There are far better and cheaper plumbing companies in the area.
