BEPE was available on the weekend on short notice. Their serviceman cleared a blocked drain and replaced a broken pipe. He was fast, friendly, and cleaned up the work area. I will definitely use Top gun again.

I requested a quote which they were more than happy to do although changed the time twice. The guy came out to our house looked at the outside gully trap (I think they call it) it's the drain in the ground outside of the kitchen sink. He quoted me $500 to unblock the drain, I told him how ridiculous I thought it was. He said he'd have to bring in a machine or the water jet. Obviously I rejected his quote and rang SLEEP'S PLUMBER in Ballarat, he did the job using a long tool and charged me $165, it took him about ten minutes to unblock the drain which was caused by fat and oil from washing dishes in the kitchen sink. It pays to ask questions.

These guys are great. Solid communication, timely arrival, quick diagnosis, and professional service. They set a high bar and I will be calling them first next time I need plumbing work.

I was impressed that it didn't take long to get a plumber/heating engineer out to me to fix a couple of issues. They had great communication, so I was always clear what needed to happen for them to carry out the work.
