DO NOT SHOP HERE!

If I could give less than half a star I would. Rude and obnoxious lady serves me and gives me incorrect change consistently. NO prices marked on any items in store except the items on "special". When the specials are scanned, they don't scan at the special price and it's never spotted. I've had to return to get the correct change 3 times. The claim "It's been like that for 30 years" is the response I get when I asked "Why aren't any of the items priced?" A valid question I would have thought. I like to make an informed decision when I shop.

I was fobbed off when I asked to speak with the owner and nobody would consider my complaint valid. I sincerely believe the owner is purposefully using this tactic to swindle those who are less attentive into spending more of their money than they realise. Once you've brought items to the counter, you're unlikely to put them back if you're not happy with the price.

Since my complaint was dealt with so poorly 3 times already, I feel completely justified in plastering this review all over the internet. There is room in business for honest and productive individuals, but when dodgy business is spotted it ought to be called out and exposed. Again, I warn you... do NOT shop here.

If you're the owner of this shop and want this review removed, I'm sure you'll figure out how to get in touch with me. I live locally too... and I'll be here for another 30 years. We'll see how long you last with this kind of approach to business. Not long I suspect.
