Purchased a strata titled property managed by IBCM, nothing but issues since settlement.



Zero communication, don’t respond to emails, incorrect information provided when requested. When asked if they had read an email, I was told “I’ve got that much on that I don’t have time to re-read emails” by the managing contact Jill A.



It appears they’ve found a niche servicing senior owned properties where most owners don’t have means or capacity to question their management so they clip the ticket and do absolutely nothing in return.



On investigation of insurances on purchase of property, we discovered the buildings were underinsured by 50% and IBCM were taking out 6mth policies at a time.



I am still waiting on information requested in February 2024 from AGM minutes from Jill & Lesley, and have not had a single response to any email since March 2024.



Maybe involving ACA to investigate this business would get a reply!



Avoid at all costs - they are an absolute joke and should cease trading immediately.
