They are not organised and so you are unsure of what's happening or what they are doing.
The owner is rude and has no understanding or care for customer service.

Please stay away from this place. The owner Frank, is absolutely disgusting. He has complete anger management issues, and speaks to his customers so poorly. I wouldn’t trust the work of this place, it’s the most disorganised, unprofessional mechanics. Stay away, at all costs!!!

Have had brilliant service in the past. However now 3 weeks nothing. Promises promises yet not even a phone call. Customer Service is non existent. Sad but true.

I needed a diagnostic report completed for a VCAT matter and booked my car in. What should have been the first red flag was that the receptionist was abrupt, rude and had no idea what she was doing.
The mechanic who showed up was lovely but when he called the owner to check what action he should take, you could tell he was arguing so he put me on the phone. The guy was so thick he could not comprehend what I required. He then said "tell me what you need in the report and I'll write it, but I'm not falsifying my report" I had not to set him straight and tell him I was asking him to do his job not falsify a report as he was supposedly an expert in air conditioners. The mechanic tested the air cond and said specifically that the TX expansion valve was working correctly and that wasnt my issue. I paid $110 for the report which arrived via email two days later, which was more like a receipt not a diagnostic report and had "suspect faulty TX valve" on it. Literally the owner is an absolute moron and this is one of the worst businesses I've dealt with. PATHETIC. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THEM.
The one star is only because I cannot give no stars.

Well were do i start my little brother who has been working at woolworths to save up for the repairs needed to get his car on the road a car thats worth less them $2000 has ended up getting a bill for $7500 first time he picked up the car driving from the workshop back to his house the transmission went had to take back and forked out more money getting this fixed after this was fixed and picked up car the interior had glue residue all over the carpets which frank denies ever being there completed roadworthy for car even with no dash lights working which is not roadworthy but completed paper work and gave it to him to get the roadworthy now after only a week major problems with the car runs rough regret taking it to this doggy workshop contacted frank to rectify this issue and guess what he hangs up dont worry frank if you think you have pocketed $7500 and hand over a car that is clearly not in a roadworthy state think again i will do all my best to make this right not only will i be contacting vicroads and reporting your doggy roadworthys i expect to be refunded most of the repairs you have overcharged on this vehicle

Dear Tegan, thanks for your review, we appreciate all feedback from our customers. Given that your job was booked in a a busy Friday afternoon in particularly wet weather, your patience in being delayed half an hour would have been appreciated. Your tyre was a special order in and the supplier was running half an hour late which wad unfortunately out of our control. Sometimes these situations can't be avoided and although we try our best to be on time, a little patience and respect may be required. I am pleased that your tyre was fitted and you were able to go on your way within a reasonable time. All the best, Rebecca

I needed a flat tyre changed which they were happy to do.They sent somebody out to the car (whilst I was at work) and said that they had removed the old tyre and had ordered a new one. They then rang me back later to say that I needed to pay the invoice before the work was completed. I asked why this was necessary as I don't pay invoices for many things until completed. She said that when I was due to return, which I told them would be around 3pm, the work would already be completed and then the guy fixing it would have to hang around and wait for me until I got there as he cannot leave without payment. I was on the phone to Joanne at this time and as she obviously wasn't overly happy with me asking the questions she handed me off to Frank, who as soon as he got on the phone asked me why I didn't wanna pay my invoice. I ended up paying as I was worried about being left in the lurch with no tyre on my car. So I returned to my car after 3pm. I could see that the car was still up on a jack. I rang the office and said that I was calling to see what was happening as I was told it would already be done. Well. Apparently questioning Frank in any way is a no no, he went from zero to 100 in about half a second. Became so abusive and told me that I was being abusive. He proceeded to tell me that I was told it would be between 3-3:30 and that I needed to be patient. I told him that I thought he was being really rude to me when I was just wanting an update with the situation. I was not told this time or I wouldn't have needed to call. He told me that he was going to refund my money and I could figure the whole thing out for myself. He ended up hanging up on me. I rang back and he asked me if I had calmed down and I shouldn't think I am superior to him just because he is a mechanic. He told me to go sit in my car and wait "'go look at facebook or something". Zero Customer service with this guy. I was pretty shaken up about how rude he was. Tyre is now back on. Never again.

Frank and his team are so kind and amazing. Ignore the bad reviews. My car broke down on my way to work, I went in stressed and upset and the lovely Frank lent me his own personal car to ensure I made it to work. I have been going there for services for 1.5 years and they always give me a very reasonable cost. I have always had a pleasant experience. As a young women with no knowledge of cars I feel very happy with their service and advice. I highly recommend this place! They won't do anything without giving you the cost!!! Give them ago!

GARAGE OWNER IS ABUSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE - POLICE GOT CALLED!!!! I took my car in for a a roadworthy test and when I went to collect the vehicle I asked for an updated invoice with all charges. The owner refused to give me an updated bill or even to hand write the extra work he was charging me for on to the old version of the invoice. He then shouted and swore at me and told me it would now cost me $60 not $30 for wasting time and if I didn't pay right then he would fail my car and would not give me my roadworthy certificate, continued to swear and be aggressive towards me.
I said I would pay all I wanted was an updated invoice, even hand written. He then told me I would not get my car back and he would charge me $90 an hour storage. After 20 minutes of him continuing to shout he called the police on me for trespassing and picked up my car keys and said he was leaving and drove off in my car.
I waited for the police to turn up, they then called him and told him he had to return my car. One of the other mechanics had to go and get my car because he would not return. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a garage and I was genuinely shaken from it. Do not go to this garage!!!
