Melbourne Corporate Cabs

This is a long story that spans over 3 days.

Okay, so the story begins on the 22nd of October, I called in advance to book a taxi to come pick me up every weekday at 8.35am and 3.45pm from 24th of October to 15th of November. Note that I had told them to take me to a particular school in the morning and I'll direct them to a bus stop in the afternoon (so I could send/pick up my brother from school)

The very next day someone called at 9 and asked if they start today (even if it started today, what's the point of calling at 9?) so we told them no, it starts tomorrow and we told them the time and address again. The very same day they made this phone cal a taxi arrived at my house at 3.45 (we had just told them this morning that it was tomorrow!) we again told them the time/location.

Comes the actual date of the booking, I was ready and waiting at the front door with my brother at 8.35, no one came at 8.45 so I called the company, they said they will send someone now, so it will take 5-7 minutes, the taxi didn't come until around 8.55, so when they finally arrived, the taxi driver didn't even know where we were going! They had just given the taxi driver a suburb that sounds similar to the school (we had told them the location 3 times already!) so I had to google the address for the driver and off we went...

As soon as I got home I called the company to tell them that the address was wrong, and to please write the right address for next time, then I asked to confirm they were coming at 3.45 later today...and surprise surprise they said they didn't write that down and they will do so now (so if I hadn't called, I would not have know)

that afternoon, I was ready at the door, at 3.42pm a taxi driver called me and asked me the location again...then they were like 'okay fine, I'll go now, It will take 5-7 minutes' (note that the location I wanted to go was a few minutes drive away from my house) 3.58 rolls around and still no taxi! So I called he company and told them no driver had come and I was suppose to pick someone up at 4.00pm, the company was like okay, we will send a taxi, it will take 5 to 7 minutes I was obviously quite upset at that time as I had was going to be late twice in one day because of their disorganisation, just as I got off the phone a taxi pulled in the driveway and we were heading out at 4.00pm

When I got there the school bus was waiting for us.

When we got back to my house 4.08 another cab was waiting in the driveway (our taxi driver even had the audacity to say to 'yeah I was here 15 minutes ago!' When the other driver asked, even if he had arrived '15' minute ago he would have still been 10 minutes late)

Okay so the story does not end there, I was going to cancel my bookings with them, so I called another taxi company. I called them but no one answered, so I was like okay, I'll call them at 7.40 next morning to tell them to cancel the bookings, this morning I called them, but no one answered, I called several times and thought maybe they don't answer the calls till 8, so from 8-8.30 I called them again and again almost 30 times, but no one picked up, I hopped into the taxi from the company I had swapped to at 8.30, when I got home I called them many times until 10.30,but no one picked up as the line was 'in use:busy' (note that today they neither showed up/called me) I called just a moment ago to confirm my suspicions, but they had definitely blocked both my home/mobile numbers! They did not even have the nerve to admit their fault/ and apologise, they had just decided to not show up and block both my numbers! Which is fine by me, I wouldn't have given them even a cent more of money. So be warned about this company.
