It took two hours to get a quote on my Honda Jazz for trade in. Admitedly it was a saturday and they were busy but the initial expectation was for one.

They had a nice lounge for me to wait in and the salesman was very good in making sure I was confortable and appologised for the wait. That part I think they did very well.

When they finally quoted, the number was almost insulting. 1K below any other quote I had recieved and somehow they notice hail damage that nobody else had seen (there was no hail damage on the roof of the car( I could only assume that they were not serious about getting the trade in so I went elsewhere for a much better (more then 1k) result. Three stars for the new car sales team but I cannot go higher because of the poor used car performance.
